Privacy Policy

The short version: we run an editorial comparison site, not a data business. We do not use analytics or marketing cookies, we do not sell personal data, and the only data we process is what your browser sends to load the site and what you send us if you email us.

As we are established in Spain, we process personal data under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD) — this protection applies to all visitors, wherever you are located.
What we collect and why
Server logs. When you load a page, your browser automatically transmits technical data: IP address, date and time, requested page, data volume, referring URL and browser/operating system. We use this solely to deliver the site and keep it stable and secure (legal basis: legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Logs are kept only as long as needed for those purposes, or per our hosting provider's retention periods.
Email. If you write to us, we process what you send (name, email address, message) to answer your enquiry (legal basis: legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f), or the management of the corresponding relationship, Art. 6(1)(b)). Email runs through our provider, Hostinger International Ltd.
That is all. There is no account system, no newsletter and no contact form.
Cookies and analytics
This site sets no analytics or marketing cookies, uses no cross-site tracking and builds no personal profiles. Fonts are served from our own server (nothing loads from Google Fonts or similar third parties).
To measure aggregate traffic we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, a cookieless measurement tool: it sets no cookies, uses no fingerprinting or persistent identifiers, does not track you across sites and builds no personal profiles. It records only aggregate figures (page views, referrers, approximate country and device type) and does not identify individuals — so it requires no consent (legal basis: legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
If we ever add cookie-based analytics (for example, Google Analytics), it will be opt-in behind a consent banner (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and this policy will be updated first.
Where the site is hosted
The site is served by Cloudflare (Cloudflare, Inc., USA) as hosting and CDN provider, which processes server logs on our behalf for delivery and security under a data processing agreement (Art. 28 GDPR). Data may be transferred to the USA; Cloudflare is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, with standard contractual clauses as an additional safeguard.
Affiliate and external links
When you click an external or affiliate link, you leave our site. The provider or affiliate network you land on processes data and sets cookies under its own responsibility and its own policies. We do not pass your personal data to them.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction or deletion of your data, restrict or object to its processing, request portability, and withdraw any consent at any time — just email info@cryvor.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD, www.aepd.es) or with the data protection authority where you live.
Security
The site is delivered encrypted via SSL/TLS (https), and we apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect the little data we do process.
Changes to this policy
We will update this policy whenever our data processing changes — for example, if cookie-based analytics is ever introduced — and adjust the date at the top accordingly.
